Balloons by Leonid Afremov

You have such a masterful knack at handling and balancing colours (I'm in awe with that talent). I am not particularly fond of hot air balloons but I do find your subject intriguing. The sky looks like it's made of confetti and the second layer of balloons towards the background merge with the sky. I like how you made a night scene with the balloons as it makes a very interesting effect with the jets of flames and their corresponding reflection on the water. It makes the atmosphere festive and eventful. It would have been nice to have a hint of reflection of the balloons on the water although the contrast works well as it provides some balance and calmness to the busy scene.
