Wow, wow, wow, how do I even begin? This piece is amazing in itself. Traditional artwork very, VERY rarely makes it to the front page of DA, and it's great to see that someone managed to. You should be very proud of yourself!

Moving onwards, the contrast between the bright warmer tones, the bright blues, and some of the duller, lighter shades, is intriguing and interesting. The strokes you use to show the reflection of the lights on the wet street are a nice addition (but hell, every stroke on this piece is just as fantastic, haha). Your own style really presents itself in the sky though, the shorter strokes of blues and reds and greens. As others have said, it is reminiscent to that of stained glass in a church, and the fact that you were able to replicate that so easily with traditional methods is again, just phenomenal.

The only cons I would have to say is that this piece does strike a chord of familiarity with me.
(Not to say it looks stolen or anything; it certainly is your own piece)
But as such, it DOES vaguely resemble something I've seen before, so the originality's the only thing I knocked down in rating.
The other con is the wall of text below. Of course, it has nothing to do with the painting itself, but are all those tags really necessary? It's just kind of distracting for the viewer is all, but again, it's overall, a marvelous, magnificent piece. Well done!
