I think that compared to other of your pieces, the depth on the picture is not very clear.
Everything looks as if it is located on the same layer. And I think that if it wasn't for the whiter under-paint (outline) that you added below the characters, they wouldn't stand out at all because the values of the characters vs the values of the background are almost the same. I think the most contrasting part is the fence with dark details vs a lighter area.

I mean like this other piece you made leonidafremov.deviantart.com/a… which makes the characters stand out super well because of the contrast of them against a darker background. And also like in this picture leonidafremov.deviantart.com/a… where the horse is against a lighter background and the girl against a darker background.

And even if the brush detail is more elaborated, I feel like the shapes are kind of lost compared to the blocking with brush strokes of your other works. Like your newest piece leonidafremov.deviantart.com/a… I can see the shapes without effort, but in this picture of the couple it seems like fuzzy and it doesn't help with the flow of this picture, I can't see the shapes defined well.

I am a big fan of your work, but this picture seems rather uninspired and very different, maybe you were testing out some stuff?
Hopefully my critique helps you a bit! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
