This is a wonderful deviation. The colors are vibrant, and everything sort of brings you into focusing on the young lady. I imagine a scene from a romantic sort of movie, one where a girl traipses through a magical garden and pines over some fellow who passes her on the street from time to time but doesn't know her name. He smiles at her though, and that makes her heart skip a beat.

All of that aside, though I have seen paintings with similar vibes, I stopped to leave a critique very specifically because of the frame. The frame is absolutely gorgeous, but I love that you included the frame in the image you uploaded. It just seems to complete the painting. Paintings are usually in frames on walls, so why not online? You've actually inspired me to try including frames in my pieces.

The frame gives it a finished edge, a professional touch. My art professor is always saying that presentation is over half the battle in the art world. He also says that most of the time the frame helps to sell the artwork, so I would say it was very smart to include it.
