First of all; Those lightings are brilliant. In my opinion, the water parts are very hard to draw, but to be honest, you have made them perfectly. The balance between light and shadow is rough but it fits to the atmosphere.

You have made quite big objects in this, but there are also some details which give nice little impact while watching this. I mostly mean that lady who's walking; it's tiny but it can still be 'seen clearly', if you know what I mean. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

You have used the colors very well, there's a lot of them but not too much. I enjoy watching this picture, it's calm and atmospheric. Well done mate.
