Whatever "MOVES" me..

usually the ones i make are terrible, but i buy them at auctions...and it doesn't matter who the artist is(usually i try to find originals) as long as it is well done and it is not abstract or just blobs of paint, etc.

You didn't have an option saying I BUY ART BECAUSE I LIKE IT, THINK ITS PRETTY AND WANNA HAVE IT ON MY WALL!!

I make and sell my own work too.

I live out in the middle of no where and I don't have a lot of money so getting a print or artwork is pretty rare but happy thing for me. I will say that nothing beats the original for traditional works. I remember the times I have gone on field trips to my state art museum with my art class and being amazed at how dull the prints in the gift shop were compared to the actual work. So while I more often look for prints because they are less expensive I have to say that nothing is more inspiring than seeing the original.

well, being an anime fan and appreciating manga art I browse internet, print and post. When I have extra money ,I might go to a poster shop to buy a replica of something I like. If I cannot find it in the shop, that usually I don't (I live in a small island...), I'll just print it in small size from the net...

Most of my art is from my friends.
They might not be up and coming, but they're incredibly talented!
30 years from now I might not be able to brag about getting in on the ground floor, but I'll have some darn nice stuff on my walls!

I search if the artist has an artbook or a website.
I dont have enough money to buy art, but is something that I would like to do.

As someone who owns eight giclees of yours (and four lithographs), I went with quality prints for this poll. This doesn't mean that I don't want an original. One day some day I will have an original Afremov on my wall. In the meantime, giclees have to suffice.
