It's very nice to see a cool color scheme in your work for a change; don't get me wrong, your previous works are gorgeous, but the use of cool colors makes for a refreshing change of pace.

This being said, using small blotches of yellow for what appear to be fallen leaves, and reds for the woman's shirt and the man's umbrella really help to accentuate the cool blues and greens in the rest of the image.

Your use of the palette knife to scrape some of the paint away gives the viewer a feeling of a heavy downpour, which tends to cause things in one's line of vision to blur. It's a very nice effect.
